We will help you create a personalised package that will enable you or a family member who needs support to increase their independence levels gradually.

Behavioural Assessment and Support

Often, adults and children with complex disabilities express themselves in ways that can be challenging for others to deal with. These issues might include high anxiety levels, physical and verbal aggression, hostility, inappropriate and socially isolating behaviour. These complex behaviours affect everyone, and they can make everyday interactions a challenge to loved ones.

Our behavioural assessment and support team can our clients to:

  • Reconnect with their loved ones and social networks.
  • Learn new ways to cope and better understand daily situations
  • Access and maintain stable accommodation and support teams
  • Participate and enjoy community events and activities

Injury Rehabilitation and Support

After an injury, life takes an unpleasant turn. Getting back on track is tough, but with the right intervention and rehabilitation plan over the right period of time, the progress made can be life-changing. In conjunction with other services we offer, we can work together to achieve our clients’ breakthrough results.

Transitional Support

After a long stay in the hospital, it is always a relief to go home, but sometimes it is not that simple. If you have a complex disability or an acquired neurological disability, finding suitable long-term accommodation following a hospital stay can be challenging.

We offer support to ensure that you or your loved one can settle in back into the community. Transitional support programmes can be funded by NDIS, your insurance or state disability commission. We are competent to advise you and your family on how to access this funding.
